This policy explains what Flawless Integration collects, why we collect it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
Contact details: your name and email address.
Business details: business name, type, location, services, and any logo or images you upload.
Chat messages you send to our AI assistant.
Technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address (we do not store the raw address), used for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
2. How we use it
To build and host your website, provide support, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Service providers
Supabase: database storage.
Stripe: payments and billing.
OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to: generate website copy and chat replies from the text you submit.
Cloudflare: hosting, security and bot checks (Turnstile).
These providers may process data in the United States or other countries.
4. Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set security cookies for bot protection.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for 30 days after cancellation, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
6. Your rights and deletion requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. This applies to everyone, including residents of Canada (PIPEDA) and California (CCPA/CPRA).
7. Children
Our service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change.
