You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or, when available, through the Client Portal. You keep access until the end of your paid billing period, and you are not charged again after that.
If you are unhappy within 7 days of your first payment, email us and we will refund that payment in full.
Payments are non-refundable and we do not give partial or prorated refunds for unused time, unless the law requires it.
If we are unable to deliver your website, we will refund you.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
